No. 178/4 - built-up area and courtyard, common courtyard, with an area of ​​7 m² and part of the land pp No. 247/1 - garden, to the extent according to the submitted proposal, with an approximate area of ​​203 m², all in the cadastral area and the village of Lomnice nad Popelkou. The house No. 36 defines two non-residential premises - on the 1st floor with an area of ​​152 m² and on the 2nd floor 117 m² and two apartments with a total area of ​​192 m². In 2020, the rent totaled CZK 232,215. At present, one non-residential space is not rented. The construction documentation can be inspected at the property department of the Lomnice nad Popelkou Municipal Office by appointment on tel.
