Description

The Lomnice City Council approves the plan to sell the land of st. No. 181 - built-up area and courtyard, with an area of 679 m², which includes the construction of a family house No. 36, as well as land st. No. 178/4 - built-up area and courtyard, common courtyard, with an area of 7 m² and part of the land pp No. 247/1 - garden, to the extent according to the submitted proposal, with an approximate area of 203 m², all in the cadastral area and the village of Lomnice nad Popelkou. The house No. 36 defines two non-residential premises - on the 1st floor with an area of 152 m² and on the 2nd floor 117 m² and two apartments with a total area of 192 m². In 2020, the rent totaled CZK 232,215. At present, one non-residential space is not rented. The construction documentation can be inspected at the property department of the Lomnice nad Popelkou Municipal Office by appointment on tel. No. 607 782 135. the amount of the offer is set by the city at CZK 7,000,000. Submit your bids to the Lomnice nad Popelkou Municipal Office or the delivery service to the address of the town of Lomnice nad Popelkou, Husovo nám. 6, 512 51 Lomnice nad Popelkou, in a sealed envelope marked with the inscription "Offer No. 36" until 31. 8. 2021 inclusive.
